On Saturday, during the Hong Kong Saving Cat and Dog Association's flag day, 14 individuals allegedly posed as volunteers to collect donations for the charity.
These impostors blended in seamlessly with the crowd of around 800 registered volunteers, collecting donations under false pretenses.
